MCP for AI apps

Ask for the workforce report you want.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude Code to WorkMentor. Ask for attendance, hours, activity, and KPI summaries across your organization, ranked, compared, or briefed the way you want.

Included with the Pro plan. Read-only: nothing in WorkMentor can be changed from an AI app.

Who can ask for what

Leave and activity reports are limited to a person's own records unless they are admin or HR.

Trust and control

Read-only, role-based, and easy to switch off.

  • Read-only, with sensitive details held back

AI apps can look things up. They cannot create, edit, approve, or delete anything. Leave reasons, screenshots, window titles, page URLs, and IP addresses are never returned.

  • Follows the role

Each person gets answers only from what their role can already open in WorkMentor. Anything beyond it is refused.

  • Clear about what a number is

Results state their date range and source. Missing tracking is reported as no data, never as zero.

  • Easy to switch off

Each person approves their own connection and can disconnect it from their profile. Access also ends when someone is deactivated.

Answers appear in the AI app you connect, so that app's own terms apply to them. Check your organization's policy before connecting.

What can a connected app see?

Only what the person who approved it can already open in WorkMentor, and only for attendance and leave, timesheet hours, activity and usage, and KPI results. Other areas of WorkMentor are not available through MCP.

How do I disconnect an app?
