For hybrid teams
Office days and home days, in one attendance record.
Hybrid work splits the week between places. WorkMentor records each day as office or work from home against the same schedule, applies the same leave and shift rules to both, and gives managers one attendance summary for the whole week.

The problem
What gets harder when the week is split.
Hybrid arrangements are easy to agree and hard to run once office and home days are tracked in different ways.
Two ways of recording one week
Office days go through one method and home days through another, so nobody has a complete picture of who worked where.
Office day policies drift
Agreed office days are simple to announce and difficult to follow up on when the pattern is not visible anywhere.
Rules applied unevenly
Shifts, holidays, and leave need to apply the same way to everyone, whichever location they work from that day.
How it fits
How WorkMentor fits hybrid work.
Office and home days share one record, one set of rules, and one approval flow.
Every setup
One platform, whichever way people work.
Remote, hybrid, and on-site teams use the same WorkMentor workspace. What changes is how the day is recorded. Most organizations run more than one of these at once.

Common questions
Questions from hybrid teams.
Can WorkMentor tell office days apart from work from home days?
Yes. Check-ins are location-aware, and work from home days are recorded as their own attendance records, so attendance summaries show office and home days side by side.
Can I enforce a hybrid work policy, such as a number of office days?
Workflow automation rules can use work from home counts as a condition, then send an email notification, deduct leave, or create a request when the condition is met. Rules can run on a schedule or when payroll completes, and every run is logged.
Do the same leave and shift rules apply to office and home days?
Yes. Shift schedules, holidays, working day overrides, and leave quotas belong to the employee and apply wherever the day is worked.
How do managers see who worked from where?
Attendance summaries for individuals and teams show each day's record, including work from home days, corrections, and approved leave.
